Typing practice

Type each line of customer service text into the box. The drill scores your words per minute and the percent you type correctly.

The page reads the line aloud when it appears. While typing, press F2 to hear it again, and Ctrl+Enter to check your result.

The page reads numbers one figure at a time, so you can tell figures from words. The words “four zero” mean type the figures 4 0. When the line says a number as a word, such as “forty”, type the letters. Symbols are named too, such as “dollar sign” for $.
