Typing practice

Build typing speed on real customer-service text. Read (or hear) the line shown, type it into the box, and check your result — we measure words per minute and accuracy. We never score keystrokes or technique, only the result. Your screen reader echoes as you type, exactly as normal.

The line is read aloud automatically when it appears. While typing, press F2 to hear it again, and Ctrl+Enter to check your result.

Numbers are read one figure at a time, so you can tell figures from words: “four zero” means type the figures 4 0, while a number read as a word like “forty” is typed as letters. Symbols are named too, like “dollar sign” for $.
